Legal Review Notice

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] — These Terms of Service are provided for institutional review and must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before execution of any binding agreement.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing Asset Pilot EDU, authorized users agree to these Terms of Service and applicable institutional policies. Access is limited to legitimate educational and operational purposes.

Institutional deployment agreements may supplement or supersede portions of these terms. In case of conflict, the signed institutional agreement governs.

Eligibility and Authorization

Access is granted only to users provisioned by a deploying institution. Users must maintain accurate credentials and notify their institution of unauthorized access.

Institutional Responsibility

The deploying institution is responsible for user provisioning, education record stewardship, policy enforcement, and compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies. Asset Pilot EDU provides operational tooling; the institution retains custodianship of student data.

Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform reliability, reverse engineer the service, or misuse institutional data. Demo environments use fictional sample data and must not process live student records.

Service Availability

Asset Pilot EDU is designed to support high availability for institutional operations. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when practicable. Current operational status is published at /status.

Intellectual Property

Asset Pilot EDU, its software, documentation, and branding are owned by Asset Pilot EDU LLC. Institutions receive a limited license to use the platform under their deployment agreement.

Limitation of Liability

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] — Liability limitations, indemnification, and remedy provisions will be finalized in institutional deployment agreements following legal review.

Termination

Institutions may terminate access according to their deployment agreement. Upon termination, data export procedures will be coordinated according to institutional requirements and contractual terms.
