Getting Started

Most institutions begin with CSV import of students and devices, configure required forms, and provision portal accounts by role. Phased rollout by building or department is recommended for larger deployments.

CSV Import

Asset Pilot EDU supports bulk import of student and device records via CSV. Import templates and field mapping guidance are provided during institutional onboarding.

Student records: name, grade, homeroom, guardian linkage
Device records: asset tag, serial number, assignment, warranty metadata
Validation reports before records are committed to production
