Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of Asset Pilot EDU. All authorized users must comply with this policy and institutional directives.

Permitted Use

Users may access Asset Pilot EDU for legitimate educational and operational activities within the scope of their assigned role, including device management, repair workflows, parent communications, form compliance, and reporting.

Prohibited Use

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
  • Sharing credentials or impersonating other users outside approved workflows
  • Interfering with platform availability or integrity
  • Extracting data for purposes unrelated to institutional operations
  • Processing live student records in demo environments
  • Uploading malicious code or content

Data Handling

Users must handle student and institutional information according to deploying institution policies and applicable law. Export of data must follow institutional authorization procedures.

Reporting Violations

Suspected policy violations or security concerns should be reported to the institution's administration and security@assetpilotedu.com.

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, access revocation, or institutional disciplinary action according to deploying institution policies.
